Vinification: Soft pressing with dejuicer, cooling of must, devatting, thermoconditioned fermentation for about 10/12 days. Refinement in bottle for about 4/6 months.
Tasting notes: Clear golden colour. Persistant taste of ripe apricot, white peach and pear with a floreal hint of hawthorn and roses. Fresh, sapid with mineral note. Ideal as an aperirif and with white meat dishes and fish.
